How Can I Participate?
Parents are encouraged to engage by volunteering at events, helping with meetings, and participating in fundraising activities. Your involvement makes a significant difference in enhancing the girl scouts' program and community impact.
We also will need specific Volunteers as we grow. At the moment we need a troop treasurer.
What Are the Troop Dues?
Troop dues help cover activity costs such as supplies, events, and camping trips. These dues vary each year and are discussed during troop meetings to ensure transparency and understanding among all families.
Unless Discussed and agreed upon as a group, Troop 26003 will only collect dues once per year, 25$ total.
Additional Dues go to our District Service Unit for larger local activities and troop management. District Dues are 5$.
When Are Troop Meetings Held?
Troop meetings typically occur on a bi-weekly basis, usually scheduled on Monday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Meeting invitations will be sent from our Facebook Troop Page.
Additional meetings may be planned for special events or activities as needed.
There are also lots of event opportunities that any girl scout can attend after reserving a spot.
